1. WHOLESALE TERMS

AS A B2B MANUFACTURER, ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR "CHANGE OF MIND" OR UNEXPECTED MARKET FLUCTUATIONS. ONCE AN ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND PRODUCTION BEGINS, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

2. 7-DAY INSPECTION PERIOD

ANY CLAIMS FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT, OR QUANTITY DISCREPANCIES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS. CLAIMS MADE AFTER THIS PERIOD WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

3. CLAIM PROCEDURE

TO INITIATE A CLAIM, PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING EVIDENCE TO [email protected]:

  • ORDER NUMBER AND PACKING LIST REFERENCE.
  • CLEAR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF THE DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
  • PHOTOS OF THE ORIGINAL OUTER SHIPPING CARTONS SHOWING LABELS AND SHIPPING MARKS.

4. RESOLUTION

VERIFIED MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WILL BE RESOLVED VIA:

  • REPLACEMENTS INCLUDED IN YOUR NEXT ORDER.
  • CREDIT NOTES TO BE APPLIED TO FUTURE INVOICES.
  • REPAIR KITS OR SPARE PARTS SENT VIA FAST COURIER IF APPLICABLE.
